Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Bars

Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Bars
Do you like cheesecake and chocolate chip cookies? Baking is so simple with this four ingredient recipe combining both favorites for the most extraordinary cheesecake bar cookie.
Prep Time 10 minutes
Cook Time 25-30 minutes
Servings 48 servings
Ingredients
  • 1 16-5 ounce roll + 4 ounces of another chocolate chip slice-and-bake cookie dough
  • 1 8-ounce package reduced-fat cream cheese
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 egg whites

Ingredients
  • 1 16-5 ounce roll + 4 ounces of another chocolate chip slice-and-bake cookie dough
  • 1 8-ounce package reduced-fat cream cheese
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 egg whites
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven 350°F. Coat 13x9x2-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Press one cookie dough roll into bottom of pan; set aside
  3. In mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until creamy. Add egg whites, mixing well. Carefully pour on top cookie crust. Crumble remaining 4 ounces cookie dough over cream cheese layer. Bake 25-30 minute or until filling set and top done.

Terrific Tip: Use extra chocolate chip cookie dough for cookies later or make this recipe without the extra cookie dough topping for a cheesecake bar. Or, crumble extra chocolate chip cookie dough on top for more of a cookie topping.
